December 1, 2013 (VMPR) – Palatine, IL. Palatine-based charity C.A.T.I.F. [Celebrating All That Is Feminine] will be hosting their second annual Holiday Wine Tasting Fundraiser – to continue their mission to raise funds for non-profit organizations that support, empower and encourage women and/or children experiencing crisis.

The Holiday Wine Tasting Fundraiser will include tastings of an eclectic mix of wines from across the world, along with appetizers and a strong dose of holiday cheer!

“Our first year event was very successful; a great way to gather for the holidays for an important cause,” said Kara Cermak, C.A.T.I.F. president. “In addition to proceeds from ticket sales, C.A.T.I.F. also will receive 10-percent of all wine sales on the night of the event, and if shoppers mention the fundraiser at check-out prior to December 17.”

The charity recipient for this event will be the Kappa Kappa Gamma Girls Academy, which provides support and mentorship for at-risk girls and young women. Learn more at
