This hare-raising event follows safety precautions due to the COVID-19 pandemic and includes swag at the location of your choosing! Get out and get active!

April 2, 2020 (ASE) – Chicago, IL. Despite much of the country social distancing due to COVID-19, Adrenaline Special Events (ASE) wants to provide a ‘hoppy’ way to keep spirits up, and a healthy activity through the Bunny Rock Virtual 5K. This walk/run can happen in any location a participant chooses – anywhere across the country. Run or walk outside, use a treadmill inside – come on America, whenever/wherever you want during the month of April-get active in a safe and healthy way! If you choose to participate with a group, please adhere to social distancing guidelines, which can be found at cdc.gov.

Peeps can hop to their own custom starting line while sporting bunny ears, neon sunglasses and 80’s rock inspired dri-fit t-shirts included in registration; shipping is included.  Participants who sign up prior to April 6, 2020 are guaranteed to receive their race swag before Easter (Sunday, April 12).  Runners and walkers are invited to download an 80’s playlist with hits they would normally hear during the race from Apple Music.

“Running and walking both have proven mental and physical benefits, and staying active while being safe during this unprecedent time is something we can all do safely,” said Aaron Del Mar, ASE founder. “The goal of the Bunny Rock is to help create special memories during the Easter season, despite what’s going on in our world right now. We hope as many people as possible will get involved.”

Virtual 5K participants will also be supporting a cause; event proceeds will benefit Red Door Animal Shelter, a not-for-profit, no-kill shelter dedicated to cat, dog and rabbit adoptions. All participants will receive a race bib, finisher medal and finisher certificate, and are strongly encouraged to upload their pictures on Facebook and Instagram. Please tag @adrenalinespecialevents with the hashtag #bunnyrockvirtual.

Businesses and organizations can participate, too: Since team bonding is best done in bunny ears, join the ASE Corporate Wellness and Group Program which gives special discounts to groups of ten or more who participate as a team.  For more information and to register today, visit http://www.bunnyrock5k.com/contact/.
