Special deals and bargain merchandise will be featured June 3 – June 5, 2021 at
several businesses in the downtown Palatine area.
The Downtown Palatine Business Association (DPBA) is excited to be bringing back their annual
sidewalk sales after a challenging year for business due to the pandemic. Shoppers can
enjoy end of season closeouts, special offers and other bargains as they kick off the (much
anticipated) start of summer Thursday, June 3 through Saturday, June
5. Businesses will be open at varying times, by location.

“We invite area residents to safely take advantage of some pretty amazing deals offered by our
members,” said Mica Mahler, president of the DPBA. “Now that we are able to open up more, it’s so
important that we all support our small business communities to help us get through these
challenging times.”

The downtown Palatine small businesses and local organizations help to make the village a charming
and walkable shopping destination, with a wide variety of products and services
available. Businesses participating in this year’s sidewalk sales offer cooking classes and
kitchenwear, designer consignment and new clothing and apparel, music lessons and instruments,
unique gifts and home décor and a walk-through Palatine’s rich history, as well as food, libations,
